The operator, jointly owned by MGM Resorts and Entain, upgraded its guidance after reporting that the positive momentum seen in the first quarter of 2025 continued through mid-June. Net revenue for Q1 2025 jumped by 34% year-on-year, with both iGaming and online sports betting contributing to this surge.
BetMGM’s EBITDA forecast for 2025 has also been lifted. The company now expects to exceed $100 million, a significant revision from its earlier break-even outlook. This improvement is attributed to sustained growth in player activity and successful implementation of its revised business strategy.
Recent partnerships have further fueled BetMGM’s expansion. In June, BetMGM teamed up with Push Gaming to introduce new exclusive titles to its Michigan platform, marking Push Gaming’s first US launch outside Ontario5. In May, BetMGM secured a partnership with Century Casinos to launch online sports betting in Missouri, set to go live when the market opens in December.
Entain and MGM Resorts expressed that these results reflect their confidence in BetMGM’s operational performance and long-term ambitions. The company is aiming for $500 million in EBITDA in the coming years, underlining its commitment to growth and innovation in the US market.
